Terms and Refunds

Your membership

• What you get. Access to every class, the weekly live calls, the community and everything else listed on the page where you joined, for as long as your membership is active.
• Billing. Memberships renew automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.
• Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account at any time, or email us. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Price changes. If the price of your plan ever changes, we'll tell you before it applies to you.
• Your account is yours. Please don't share your login. Each membership is for 1 person.

Refunds and our 30-day guarantee

If School of Mastery isn't for you, tell us within 30 days of joining and we'll refund you in full. Just email admin@lewismocker.com from the email you joined with. No hoops, no hard feelings.

• After 30 days, payments already made aren't refundable, but you can cancel anytime so you're never charged again.
• Some offers have their own guarantee, such as a challenge or a coaching program. When they do, it's spelled out on that offer's page, and that guarantee applies to it.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Our content

The classes, videos, tools, templates and downloads in School of Mastery are ours, and they're for your own personal use while you're a member. Please don't copy, resell, share or publish them. Using what you learn to build your own business is exactly the point, so go for it.

The community

Be kind, be helpful and keep what members share inside the community. We may remove posts, or a member, if someone harasses others, spams, or breaks these terms. If that ever happens to a paid member, we'll refund any unused part of their membership.

Results and advice

Members' results shared on our site are real, but they aren't typical and they aren't a promise of what you'll earn. Your results depend on your own work, skills, experience and market. Our classes and coaching are education, not financial, legal or tax advice for your situation, so check big decisions with a qualified professional.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. How we handle your personal information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and if a change affects your membership in a big way, we'll let you know by email.
